In case of errors, please check your ad the first day it appears. In the event of an error, we are responsible for the first incorrect insertion of an ad. The Citizen does not assume responsibility for any reason beyond the cost of the ad itself.
CANCELLATIONS
All word ad rates are placement fees and non-refundable (for frequency days canceled). Ads may be removed from publication with placement fee remaining.
CHANGES
Once an ad has been placed only acceptable minor changes can be made to the ad.
