MARATHON — D’Asign Source recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity of the Middle Keys to build the organization’s 33rd affordable home for a local couple and their two small children.

D’Asign Source, a family-owned business in the Florida Keys for more than 60 years, donated $175,000 toward the building of the home.

In addition to monetary contributions, the D’Asign Source team volunteered nearly 100 hours to construction of the home.

The donation by D’Asign Source allowed Habitat for Humanity to participate in the Florida Community Contribution Tax Credit Program, which provides a credit granted as a refund against state sales and use tax.
