Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay donated a Dodge Charger patrol car to The College of the Florida Keys for use in law enforcement instruction at the school’s Institute for Public Safety.

The Sheriff’s Office and the college share a strong partnership as many law enforcement officers in Monroe County are graduates of the school’s law enforcement program, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Adam Linhardt said in a news release.

“I’m happy to help the college in any way,” Sheriff Ramsay said. “I’m even happier to donate something like this patrol car, which I know will be used to better train our future law enforcement officers.”
