Nancy Abreu passed away on Dec. 28, 2021, at Lower Keys Medical Center. She was 83 years old. Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doming Abreu, and her son Joel Abreu. She is survived by her three children Nancy (James) Kuncken, Nora Abreu, Marisol (JW) Parks, grandchildren Adonis, Emmanuel, Tatiana, Jordan, Mary-Elizabeth, and great-grandchildren Oliver, Benjamin and Skye. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m. at The Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea. Following the funeral mass, Nancy’s ashes, along with those of her husband, will be placed with her son at the Key West City Cemetery.
